We process only the information you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email, telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. This may include your name, email address, telephone number and the information contained in your message.
Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to reply.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We may process data in order to:
- reply to an enquiry and take steps before entering into a contract — under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- conduct correspondence, organise contact and establish, pursue or defend claims — on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- comply with legal obligations — under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be accessed by providers of our hosting, email and IT services. Where necessary to deliver an agreed service, information may also be shared with the relevant specialist, such as an agent, lawyer, notary or surveyor, and only to the extent required.
Contact via WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram is also governed by the terms and policies of the operators of those services.
After consent is given, Google Ireland Limited, the provider of Google Analytics 4, may receive analytics data. Google may use further processors in accordance with its own terms and data-protection policies.
5. Retention period
We keep data for as long as necessary to handle an enquiry and correspondence. If we begin working together, data will be retained for the duration of our cooperation and then for the period required by law or necessary to establish, pursue or defend potential claims.
User and event data collected by Google Analytics is retained for the period configured in the service, no longer than 14 months. Your cookie preference remains in browser storage until it is cleared or changed by you.
6. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis for processing, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. To exercise them, write to tomasz.tyminski@casadipuglia.pl.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
7. Analytics and cookies
The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after obtaining your consent. It helps us analyse traffic, use of the website and the effectiveness of promotional activities. Processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Google Analytics may process information about your device and browser, pages visited, traffic source, approximate location and actions performed on the website. We also record clicks leading to contact by telephone, email or WhatsApp, but the event does not contain the content of your message, email address or telephone number.
We use basic Google Consent Mode: the Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google before consent. If you do not consent, only technical mechanisms necessary to display the website operate.
You may change or withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area using legal safeguards provided by Google, including Standard Contractual Clauses. More information is available in Google’s information about data from partner sites and Google’s Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the functionality of the website or the way data is processed changes. The current version is always available at this address.
