About us

We know Puglia from personal experience

Casa di Puglia is a boutique team focused exclusively on Puglia.

What makes us different from a typical estate agency? We do not have a ready-made catalogue of properties we want to sell. We begin the search only after learning what you need. We recommend fewer properties, but ones that fit you better.

We work locally with a trusted network of agents, lawyers, notaries, surveyors and contractors. We help you move through the process with clarity, without pressure and without promises we cannot keep.

Our story

We have been returning to Italy for more than twenty years. We came to know almost every region, but it was in Puglia that we found our own home. Buying it, renovating it and living an Italian everyday life taught us where to ask, whom to trust and which problems to solve before they become expensive.

Casa di Puglia was created to put that practical knowledge and those local relationships to work for people who, like us, dream of their own piece of Italy.

First deliverable within the agreed scope: a summary of available information, missing details and recommended next steps.

    Scope and price

    You receive a proposal setting out our work, your deliverables, timing and fees, including an explanation of other providers’ costs.

    Agreement and first payment

    Once you accept the terms, we sign the agreement. The first payment starts the agreed stage of work.

    First deliverables

    You receive the agreed shortlist or an analysis of your chosen property. We discuss the findings and agree the next step.

The first stage and its delivery date are set out in the proposal and agreement. If we are waiting for documents or an agent’s reply, we keep you informed and agree the next steps.
