Tomasz Tymiński

Founder

He has worked in real estate for over 20 years. He gained his experience in the commercial property market at companies including JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, GTC, Panattoni, LCP and CREAM, working in leasing, property commercialisation and asset management. Working with property owners, investors and tenants has taught him to assess each opportunity in terms of its potential, limitations and the needs of the individual client.

He has been travelling around Italy for 20 years, discovering its regions, culture and everyday life. For the past five years, he has had a particularly close connection with Puglia, where he has his second home. It is a personal bond with a place he returns to and where he himself has chosen to put down roots.

At Casa di Puglia, he combines his professional experience with this close connection to Italy. He supports clients from Poland in finding and buying property, helping them clarify their expectations, assess properties and make informed decisions. He knows that buying a home is often about more than an investment — it can be a dream of a place of one's own, time with loved ones or a new chapter in life. He understands that perspective from personal experience.

In winter, his favourite place to ski is San Martino di Castrozza. Beyond real estate, his passion is the stage: he is an amateur actor who performs in theatres and television series. He loves musicals, both as an audience member and as a performer.

Dariusz Zieliński

Co-Founder

An entrepreneur and co-founder of a consulting company operating in international markets, he has long combined business development with technology, helping major global corporations implement innovative solutions in human resources management and procurement. He focuses on long-term relationships and solutions that address his partners' real needs.

He has been involved in the property market for over 20 years. His own seaside home in Italy has become a place where he brings together his interests in architecture, functionality and good design. He uses modern technologies there to manage the property remotely — experience that is particularly valuable for people who own a home abroad.

For years, he has been getting to know Puglia, its people and the local rhythm of life. He particularly enjoys exploring the region by bicycle, discovering lesser-known places and properties with a history. He enjoys creating and arranging spaces, taking ideas through to completion.

At Casa di Puglia, he combines his business experience with the practical perspective of a homeowner in Italy. He looks at property in terms of both its investment potential and the everyday comfort and pleasure of life in southern Europe.

Dr Maciej Zaleski

Legal counsel

A legal counsel with a doctorate in law, he has maintained professional and academic ties with Italy for many years. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Università degli Studi di Foggia. He also completed the School of Italian and European Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

He spent many years working at a law firm in Sicily, gaining practical experience in the Italian legal environment. Fluent in Italian and English, he combines his academic background with professional experience acquired in Poland and Italy.

He specialises in civil, business and banking law. He has advised financial institutions, businesses and individuals, working with banks, leasing companies and law firms. His practice also includes representing clients in court proceedings.

Italy also holds a special place in his academic work. His doctoral thesis focused on organised crime and the prevention of money laundering. He conducted his research in Italy, working with law enforcement agencies and interviewing imprisoned members of Italian organised crime groups.

He is the author of academic publications and has appeared as a legal expert on the television programme ‘Dzień Dobry TVN’. His experience brings together legal expertise and an understanding of the language, culture and practical workings of Italian institutions.
